Returns
I want you to love your Liston's Designs, but say there was a
small problem. No worries, I will work with you to fix the
problem because I only want happy, lifelong customers!
Please contact me via email or phone within 3 days of the
arrival date stating your reason for return. I will then
determine if an exchange or refund is appropriate. Then, the
item must be shipped back to me with 5 days of arrival date
(2 days after our conversation re: the return/exhange). For
both exchanges and refunds, the following must be completed:
- Please return merchandise in original condition with
tags attached.
- All merchandise is returnable by UPS or FedEx.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and
any lost or damaged goods.
- Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be
made by the shipper.
- Return packages must be postmarked in accordance to
the policy dating above.
- ALL RETURNS will be credited back to credit card
less the shipping charge.
- Any packages that are returned to me from your post
office will be kept for 90 days or until you claim it. I
will make every attempt to contact you but you will
need to re-pay for postage for me to re-ship out to
you, which will be invoiced via your credit card.

Many of Liston's Desings are custom orders. Please
double and triple check your order before checkout.
Returns & refunds will NOT be accepted for any
personalized/customized item unless the mistake was on
my part.
Products noted within the description are not returnable.
I do not accept any items that have been damaged or
without the original tags attached.
"Clearance" & "Sale" items are non refundable.
